The Sweet Action Ice Cream Bar brings our cart, our crew, and a lineup of our most-loved small-batch flavors straight to your venue. Guests get scooped fresh on-site — no melted pre-scooped cups, no cutting corners.
Choose from over 30 flavors including classics like Madagascar Vanilla Bean, French Chocolate, and Strawberry, plus distinctive house favorites like Colorado White Russian, Stranahan’s Whiskey Brickle, Ube, Vietnamese Coffee, Thai Iced Tea, and Strawberry Chamomile. Vegan options available.

Introducing the Sweet Action Cake Bar — made-to-order mini cakes crafted live for your guests. Think of it as a cupcake, reimagined. We bring a full buffet of layers, fillings, and toppings, and guests build their own or choose from your selected flavors. It’s part dessert, part performance.
Classic cake flavors include Rainbow Sprinkle Birthday, Strawberry Shortcake, Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch, Cookies & Cream Dream, Classic Carrot, Red Velvet, and seasonal Pumpkin Tres Leches. Vegan options available.
Packages start at 40 guests with 2 cake flavors. Add a flavor for every 20 additional guests (up to 7 flavors total).
