$20-$24 hourly depending on experience, paid sick leave, health benefits and ice cream!
Sweet Action is looking for a Delivery Driver / Brand Rep to deliver our products to customers, be a point of contact for product questions and perform some light weight sales tasks. Duties will include the following:
- Print out order packing slips and invoices provided by our office team.
- Cross check order against available stock and coordinate with the Production Manager on any missing or out of stock products.
- Gather ice cream on order from multiple walk-in freezers.
- Record lot codes for all ice cream being shipped onto packing slip.
- Load ice cream into delivery freezer truck.
- Gather and load parlor supplies if delivering to a parlor.
- Drive to the customers along the front range to perform deliveries. (Fort Collins to Colorado Springs)
- Deliver product to customers and get signed invoice from each customer.
- Scan paperwork to our back office team for processing.
- For deliveries to our parlors, you’ll be loading the delivery into the freezers at each store and organizing according to FIFO.
- Respond to customer inquiries that you receive in the brand rep email box.
- Assist with sales efforts and/or product demos.
- As time permits, you’ll assist the warehouse team with packaging efforts and other tasks.
Our ideal candidate would be the following
- Be organized, detail oriented and consistent
- Able to multi-task
- Be punctual and responsible
- Good at following checklists
- Safe driver with a clean driving record.
- At least 21 years old, preferably 25 years old
- Dependable and self-motivated individual who would feel comfortable driving for hours each week.
- Able to consistently lift at least 50 lbs of weight and alright with climbing a ladder
- Prior delivery driver and food industry experiences would be a big plus, but not necessary

With a pasteurizer and ice cream factory, we make ice cream from scratch and home bake our own mix-ins.
